Parthenocissus quinquefolia - Virginia Creeper is a native vine that grows along forest edges and fence rows. It is a great bank stabilizer and its fruits are eaten by a variety of wildlife, though poisonous to humans. Contrary to popular belief, this plant does not cause rash, though it resembles poison ivy. Larval host for Virginia creeper sphinx moth.
