Our mission is to provide trees, shrubs, vines, grasses, perennials and other plants native to the eastern United States. We carry native plants only.

Native plants have evolved adaptations that suit them to their particular environments. These plants provide the food necessary to sustain a broad array of wildlife because native plants and animals are the result of a long process of co-evolution. Native plants require less maintenance, are drought tolerant, require no fertilizer, less pesticides, and provide more wildlife benefits than non-native plants, without the risks posed by non-native invasives. 

At Green and Sticky, we grow some of our own plants ourselves from cuttings or seed. We also contract nurseries with more space to grow for us or purchase large amounts of seedling stock wholesale and grow up to larger sizes. We are an environmentally and socially responsible business. We recycle. We use recycled products. We compost. We avoid chemical pesticides. We question our suppliers to ensure that plant stock is not gathered from the wild.
